AtD -- How Will You Read It?

Horizontally (bed or sofa) in Oulu, vertically on the plane
from Oulu to Paris via Helsinki and on the bus from Charles
de Gaulle Airport to Roubaix, horizontally in a hotel bed in
Roubaix (three nights), vertically on the bus from Roubaix
to Charles de Gaulle Airport and on the plane from Paris to
Oulu via Helsinki, horizontally (bed or sofa) in Oulu.

I, however, just cancelled the Amazon.co.uk order after
having received the following reply from them:

"Dear Customer

Thank you for contacting Amazon.co.uk.

We checked your order #xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx and confirm
that we have not yet received "Against the Day" in our
Fulfilment Centre.

Please accept our apologies that we have not been able
to dispatch your order within the estimated dispatch date.
We may need some additional time to obtain this item.

Etc."

I reordered it from a Helsinki bookseller instead; they
had just received copies. So, Monday at the latest...
