Anytime I quote and/or refer to something specific in the text, I'll simply subject-line it "AtD [p. #]," as I've been doing. That really seems like the best method. If this is a problem, please let me know.

I noticed that as well, but let it slide.  It is a rather noticeable
term so I figure there's a reason for it.
