For residents of/visitors to NYC:  The bend in Doyers Street in Chinatown is presently occupied by the Nom Wah Tea Parlor, a dim sum joint that my family's patronized since the 1940's.  I'm meeting friends there later today, in fact.  Good, greasy, and cheap.  Worth a visit if you're in Chinatown.
