ATD Group Read/Host List

I recommend following the protocol Andrew Dinn set up for MDMD.

3 chapters (or approx. 30 pages, dividing things up to keep it close  
to 30pp), every two weeks. Each section with its peculiar host will  
generate two weeks worth of discussion. And have every host do four  
offerings: Chapter Summary/Annotations/Questions/Conclusions.
