Handling ATD

Seems to be the common problem with amazon, the pages of my copy are wavy 
too. One of the reasons may be thin pages and low quality paper. 
Unfortunately I cannot buy another copy at a corner bookshop (there are none 
:) but I will order another one for shelf-life, asking Them to make sure the 
copy is in good condition and wrapped in a bubble-wrapper or whatever. The 
damaged one will be ferociously read, annotated and used as a doorstop or a 
self-defence weapon against burglars :)
