ATD Group Read/Host List Update

Well, I was trying to divide the sections into definite start- and 
stop-segments.  I didn't want to adhere to a specific page count, only to 
have one person's hosting segment stop in mid-chapter.

Quite a few people have already requested hosting sections for the first 
part.  Can we stick to the original hosting distribution through p. 80, and 
redo the hosting segments after that to reflect the 30-pages per two weeks?

The following also reflects the weekly segments:


1/22 -  ATDATD (1): 3 - 9 --  Dave Monroe


1/29 -  ATDATD (2): 10 - 20 --  Tim Strzechowski


2/5 -    ATDATD (3):  21 - 25 --  Michel Ryckx


2/12 -  ATDATD (4):  26 - 35 --


2/19 -  ATDATD (5):  36 - 44 --  John Carvill


2/26 -  ATDATD (6):  45 - 56 --


3/5   -  ATDATD (7):  57 - 69 --  Peter Petto


3/12 -   ATDATD (8):  69 - 80 --  Monte Davis


BTW, if someone else wants to re-divide all this stuff and organize it 
better, be my guest.  I get paid the same, regardless ....
