ATD Group Read/Host List Update

Help make this work, Terrance.  Advice is nice, but some practical 
assistance is more appreciated.

I've heard three different organizational scenarios:  mine (two weeks per 
chapter, which Keith says will likely be too slow), Keith's (30 pages per 
two weeks, which worked w/ M&D), and yours (finish the whole thing within 
one calendar year).

Help draw up some possible hosting schedules so's we can see what looks like 
a comfortable pacing.
