Hosting ATDTDA question

Hosting usually involves being responsible for posting summary, annotations, discussion questions, and analysis for a chunk of text over the course of a week. In past group reads, hosts post links for relevant definitions and explanations, locate and post criticism regarding the text, help readers make connections among Pynchon's canon, hopefully fend off the occasional flame wars, and generally help sustain the discussion and keep it focused.
For AtD, each host will be responsible for roughly 30 pages in a week.
Anyone interested in hosting, but never having done it, may wish to check the P-List archives for the first M&D group read, which was handled quite well.
Am I forgetting anything? Can anyone add anything?
