ATD Where is Pynchon's editor?

I love it that people who haven't even finished the
novel yet feel qualified to point out where it needs
editing, revision, etc. Too bad Pynchon didn't hire
you guys to fix his book!  And you could have done it
fast, too - without even reading the whole thing!

Typographical errors - look on them as opportunities,
not problems.    A kind letter to Pynchon might draw a
hand-written reponse, you never know.  I know a guy
made a habit of writing to authors pointing out typos,
collected a lot of nice autographs in return.
