AtD (spoilers) Tautologies

M&D contains at least 1 typo on p. 58 where it says of the 
administrators of the VOC, the 'Herren XVII' while it should be in 
modern day spelling 'Heren', or at the time 'Heeren', all Dutch, but not 
'Herren' which sounds to me a bit German - and then it should be spelled 
'Herrn' (I think, but correct me if I'm wrong)
