It averaged out to 70 pages per day: appr. 20 pages per hour, including
notetaking (I've got 40 pages of notes!). I mostly read the book in the
evenings, between my daughter's bedtime and my own, but once in a while I
managed to sneak in an hour or two during the day, and on an especially
glorious Sunday, with my wife and daughter out of the house visiting
friends, I read 150 pages.
But you're right, Ya Sam: My head is close to bursting with all the new
information crammed into it in just two weeks, so for the next month or so
I'll watch a lot of DVDs and read a lot of shallow crime novels, while I let
the behemoth settle properly into my cortex.
Here's hoping your brain doesn't explode after all!
