MD3PAD collected

It's cool to have collected all the emails in one place, but I have gone
to some lengths to edit out all the grammatical and factual errors I
could find, plus clean up some sloppy language. The result is one large
PDF file that I sent to the Great Quail for posting on his Pynchon web
site. Once it's out there I'd be delighted if people let me know of any
other errors they find in it.
