AtD - Anarchy vs Terror

I was never away; whenever two or more of you are gathered... Anyway,
official release date was going to be Dec 1 but I'm told it was on the
shelves by about Nov 25-26. I received a review copy Nov 27 and have
been plowing through. My edition is a British print; not sure if the
bookstore varieties are the same, but I might check that out this
afternoon.

There have been no Australian reviews published that I can find. Yet.
