Do you have a copy in any other format than PDF?  I only ask because
it would be easier to incorporate into the forthcoming (?) M&D wiki,
where I'm sure it would make a very valuable contribution.  And once
it's placed into the p-wiki, of course, it'll be easier to fix any
remaining glitches, replace Wikipedia and Hyperarts references with
more primary sources, etc.
