As long as books like Bob Woodward's "State of Denial" (proposed German title:

can be published in the US I don't think that this is an accurate
description! Can you imagine that this would have been possible in
fascist Germany, Italy or Spain in the Thirties?

But of course the latest legislation should make it impossible to
extradite terror suspects from Europe to the USA in the future.
