200 Motels! Head! (Last Year at Mariennbad, and of course, The Gangs All Here)
Saw El Topo (and a lotta Bergman, Truffaut, etc.) with my parents at a NYC theater on the West Side; it's been gone a long time... (what was the name?) Happened to also see 200 Motels and maybe Mariennbad there. (I believe that people used to actually smoke [whatever] in the balcony of this art house)
Speaking of Yellow Submarine, when I was in LA June, I picked up a regulation Lava Lamp with a Yellow Submarine base and cap. I'd always wanted a Lava Lamp when I was a teen, but this one is huge and "collectible." Whoa....
