that's strange i have had several conversations about
that film over the weekend.  I looked it up on German
wikipedia and translated the plot into English on
babelfish, for fun:

The film acts of the inhabitants of an educating home
in a remote province. For disciplinary reasons some
the inhabitant on a trip, the unusual liberty by
absence of the director by them are also used to break
out of the used order and express themselves in blind
force and destruction rage may not do. The
diensthabene educator takes one of the randalierenden
inhabitants in safekeeping and entrenchs themselves on
the area. Without an opponent open to attack the
situation from the outside escalates ever more and the

ever more.
