best stoner flicks?

My mini-campaign to place "Polar Express" and "Nanny McFee" in this context has more than a bit to do with the extraordinarly high "camp" potential of the movies under discussion. Hippos in tutus for Ponchielli and ultra-twee floral undergarments in the "Pastorale" excerpts are but a few of the giggle inducing moments in "Fantasia".
In "Polar Express" there's a very weird co-mingling of facial expressions rendered with great realism set in scenery and situations that look totally unhinged. The great assembly for the entrance of Santa looks like a computer generated variation on a mass assembly from "Triumph of the Will". "Nanny McFee" tastes of Wicca and looks like candy. Glorious art direction in both of these recent movies.
Allow me to mention in passing W. C. Feild's final magnum opus "Never Give A Sucker An Even Break", probably the most intoxicated movie ever to emerge from mainstream Hollywood.
