best stoner flicks?

I have good memories of Polar Express which I will not relate here
that do not relate to chemicals.  I don't remember most of the movie
though, except how bad the songs were and how Tom Hanks voice-acted
all of his characters with the same voice.  Brilliant.

Anyhow I will add the movie 4 to this list.
