ARC Prices

[pynchonoid]

I imagine that the publisher anticipated some leaks
about the book as soon as reviewers got their copies,
counting on intense interest in that in-group on the
part of true pynchonoids everywhere to keep the buzz
going for the next couple of weeks until the next
milestone in the pre-publication marketing blitz comes
up.  They've done a good job of keeping interest high
so far, here and elsewhere online.
