ARC Prices

I think they probably figured out that Big Bird would
talk up the book whether he got an ARC or not.  

How do we know Hyperarts didn't get one?  I haven't
heard one way or another.

It hatched online when they posted the Book
Description at Amazon.com instead of putting out a
traditional press release, when customers started
flocking there to pre-order the book.

Good question.  See above.  It's also possible that
Big Bird's industry contacts are playing with him by
witholding an ARC, or for any number of other reasons.
 

Gotta draw the Line somewhere, I guess.
