"Disquieting near silence..."  Awesome.

This movie kind of sounds like any of the -qatsi films, mostly
_Koyaanisqatsi_, but also importantly more focused on central subject
matter.  I saw _Koyaanqatsi_ projected on a brick wall at a loft party a
couple years ago, and even sans-Glass (film was muted for the disco;
functioned as moving wall art, I suppose), I was transfixed.  I then rented
the third offering in the trilogy, _Naqoyqatsi_, and was immensely
disappointed.  Shit had, like, prehistoric computer animation, and was so
totally low-grade art house nonsense.  Whatever.  This sounds much better.
I wish I lived in LA.
