I've seen it on PBS, even, but they eliminated the
(emninently satisfying in its inevitable obviousness)
closing footage for a simple scrolling of the text of
the credits whils running promos for other shows ...

Can't recall, but it couldn't have been as embarrasing
as that Aimee Mann moment in the middle of Magnolia,
or the "Facts of Life" girls singing "You've Lost that
Loving Feeling" ...
