	Stirbucks you must've meant.  It's expensive because so many people  
are flooding into the franchise outlets.  If they didn't raise the  
price, the demand would be the cause of serious over-crowding... the  
fire dept. would have to be called out...and so on.  And that's not  
just any paper cup - but a cup woven from re-cycled toilet paper.  
It's all about public safety and environmentalism in the USA. <g>
