ATD sighting/Spoiler-ish--opening lines

"Dropping"  Funny.

Reading Pelevin's *Babylon* and, man, that book's got a lot of
tripping going on.  First with fly agaric, and then with a 5 dose hit
of mystery acid.  Both result in cosmic encounters with beings from
other dimensions.  Lots of connect-the-dots mystical references in
those trips (often disputing the other spirit-being's interpretations
- shades of COL49), and lots o cynicism.  Not sure where it's all
gong...
