hate to discourage but long years of experience with the p-list tells
me such refinements are impractical.
Only the very simplest convention will have any hope of being followed.
In other words, page numbers are OK but don't anybody rely on them.
If unsure just unsubscribe while reading the book--everything you
miss will be in the archieves.
