Yeah OK a lot of people are coming up with suggestions any one of  
which might be helpful.

Obviously, this being the p-list, not everyone is going to want to,  
or remember to, follow all of the exact same conventions.

One thing I'd note--adding multiple elements to the subject heading  
is all well and good when the reader if going to be a machine but  
with us humans it gets cumbersome.
