AtD cover

I like the simplicity of the cover quite a bit - but I really don't
like the shadows.  Maybe some designer's attempt to show progression
through use of fonts from different eras, the book itself perhaps a
shadow cast /forward/, if you see what I'm saying, what with the "no
comment on modern day" bit in the blurb which I take to mean that
there will be plentiful comment on the modern era...
