I'm guessing that that means "Slow Learner" & if so it shows someone  
teething (since they're so young; get it?)(Uh...I think...)
 
EXCEPT now I see it's really a Polish version of COL49, so there goes that  
theory. So I'm as stumped as monropolitan, who submitted the question in the  
first place, and presumably everybody else who can't figure out what the stupid 
 teeth symbolize...
