	Yes!  The original bicycle with pen, I'm thinking?  Hated it, but  
hated even more the non-standard format or page size.  Felt like a  
pamphlet.

	Steve--I just bought this book the other day and read the forward.   
He sure builds down the expectations, doesn't he?  Jeesh.  I'm of two  
minds whether to read it before AtD or not.
