You know what?   If I'm understanding the information on the page of the 
2nd link correctly, they're wrong.... I can't find it at the moment (I 
just had all the hardwood floors refinished in my house, so my life is 
in piles stacked to the basement ceiling...) (and I'm responding to 
trivia from 1968 in a newsgroup instead of carrying the furniture back 
upstairs, yet!),  I have a copy  from 1968 (a freshman Humanities class 
at Arizona State University) with the mod girl dancing and the drummer 
in the background, and this site says the cover is from a 1982 
edition.   Plus the cover designer is unidentified.  So don't believe 
everything *(_any_* thing's more like it) you see, hear, or read.
