More than impressive!
What hath DeLillo done to deserve thine ire?

>The jewel of the crown is without a doubt my first hardcover edition of GR,
>closely followed by my first editions of V. and Lot 49. In the event of
>fire, after getting my daughter, my wife and my Pynchon first editions (in
>no particular order) out of the burning building, I'd return into the
>flames and try to save my first editions of William Gaddis' 'The
>Recognitions' and 'JR', Flann O'Brien's 'The Third Policeman', David Foster
>Wallace's 'The Broom of the System' (only 1200 printed of those) and
>'Infinite Jest' (signed), William Gibson's 'Neuromancer' (the original Ace
>paperback), and Martin Amis' 'Money'. Plus, I'd take my reading copy of GR
>along as well - can't go without that for more than a couple of days. On
>the other hand, I would have no qualms about leaving my signed first
>edition of Don DeLillo's 'Underworld' behind to be consumed by the flames.
