Yes, Matthew is right; there is no other reason and I really wonder
what's so funny about it.

After the "wrong" image she says something about "our
Spielzimmer-Hoch" which means some high-pressure area on the map but I
could imagine that she cannot get the second, sexual meaning of the
word "hoch" out of her mind because "it's too early in the morning"
(as she claims a little later) . . .
