someone over on the Gaddis list just mentioned the upcoming
autobiography of Alice Denham, a 50s playmate who slept with much of
the Beat Generation (if you believe her, that is). There's a whole
chapter on her and Gaddis apparently, though the draw is her with
James Dean & Mailer....

Anyway, she was the centerfold in a 1956 issue ... *and* wrote a short
story in the same issue ("The Deal").
