Speaking of anarchists

In San Francisco the late 90s, during the heart of the
dot-com madness, some pamphleteer who went by the name
Nestor Makhno leafleted the city, encouraging people
to vandalize SUVs in the Mission District, which was
(and is) a locus of gentrification.
