Yes, in a way. However do note the Juggernaut phenomenon, that is a private 
sumptuous train serving the needs of the likes of Scarsdale Vibe. Although 
nowadays we would more likely be talking about private jets, the Juggernaut 
still exists. The most recent example is Kim Jong-Il 's armoured train in 
which he visited Russia.
