Tolkien's easy: Ordinary individual is given a cosmic-level
task to return a ring (ouroboros) to its source, a river of
fire in deep chasms (dyadic coitus), while not being swayed
by powers like invisibility (from abjectness), standing out
from the field of ontically deficient beings, and becoming
aware now of the reality of naught, the existence of evil.
And of course Sargon, the carnal masters like capitalists.
