General TP Reading Question

I'll be contrary and suggest reading Mason & Dixon next.  It is more of a
piece with Gravity's Rainbow and Against the Day.  As I read AtD, I find
myself thinking often about M&D and GR, also of COL49, almost never of V. or
Vineland.
