ATDTDA (7): 192-194 plotline

This is the scene where Webb meets Deuce Kindred. Having lost his 
family, Webb is looking for everything from the Union now, and it is 
apparently a bit too much for them and he's encouraged to move to a 
different mine. This isn't exactly being on the lam, but Deuce is 
clearly avoiding the law here despite his frail core. They both are 
avoiding spying eyes and although Webb's radar should cry warning, 
his judgment isn't what it should be and he's taken in by Deuce's 
alleged charm...and by the end of a poker chat they are 
pals-of-circumstance.
