ATDTDA (7): 200-201 plotline

This is the prelude to the girls portion of this section, introducing 
us to Estrella "Stray" Briggs, but it's mainly the description of a 
place buildings, color, history, more buildings and building detail, 
categories of people. Although the lists aren't as extensive, it 
reminds me of Charles Dickens (here's what was on the dinner table) 
-- but I'm not suggesting anything tedious or boring. It is poetic 
and the listings here have are rhythmic and of elliptical 
construction, as is the ending.
