More Radiant Cities

I'm trying to remember if Pynchon ever used the term "radiant city."
I know he used "radiant hour" in GR, and he had that crazy comic-hero
episode with the moving buildings.  But "Radiant City" is a real term
coined by Le Crorbusier for his ideal city plan, and very much in-sync
with the link Monte provided:
