I enjoyed it too.
Really got into the Nature Boy article. Arnold Ehret was
the one that I had heard of, thanks to a hippie-veggie friend who
loaned me "The Mucusless Diet Healing System" back in the 1970s.
3-quart enemas became a byword with me, milked for
seemingly endless humor (I'm a lot more sophisticated now, of course),
although I never actually tried one...
Those guys's pictures really show that they were doing
something right with their lifestyle --- day-um! Ripped, cut,
awesome...that one guy sitting with the rib cage sticking out -
almost painfully - maybe a little "too" cut?
but still, maybe it's time to drag out the old 3-quart enema apparatus...
Hippy.com, host of the article - pretty cool site - offers
free e-mail addresses - unfortunately, they are "@hipplanet.com"
instead of "@hippy.com" which would be cooler
-still, I might have to get one...
Peace out
