Add Website has no smarts like Add WebSearch will eventually have
to stop itself, but if you run WordsEx and do Add Website (^W)
and specify a waste URL with a query parameter at the end,
like this, AND specify [x] Below in the dialog to keep fetching:

        http://www.waste.org/mail/?list=pynchon-l&keywords=riddle

Then, after a minute or so, hit the Delete key to stop that thread.

Then, do a Find (^F) and specify riddle, it will search all the
downloaded texts for that word, or words matching the word stem.

A thread control and results indexing text will appear.
Clicking on one of the primitively formatted two-line KWIC
result items will display that downloaded text, and the
matching word will be at top line of screen (except if match
is in the last lines of a downloaded text, fewer than the
current screen height, it will appear lower in the screen.)

Later, KWIC will align a column in the middle of screen,
but for now I position the match word as first word on
the second of two lines, each line stopped by screen width
or finding a newline in the searched text.

Do Delete or Back (Control + Left Arrow) to return to the
thread control and result indexing text view.

        ======= sample results =======
Find:

Thread started.

Search tokens, without stemming:
riddle - 110 matches

Search tokens, matches after stemming:
riddl - 1 match
riddle - 110 matches
riddled - 5 matches
riddles - 48 matches
