Well, there is always some potential regret concerning the quality
of deployment: as if it were really being aimed at Cheney. But 
somehow, the acceptance of such stuff as background noise
as of this stage really represents our disconnection, our 
isolation from the war. I can abhor that the region is roiling
into Armageddon. I can and do abhor that the crude and 
transparent drives of greed, control and domination are at 
work here. While we collectively despair as regards this 
current conflagration, please excuse me if I note who 
lit the flame.

     How many of us could truly abhor the terrorist use of violence in this instance?
