WOG:
Metanoia is the greek word that Christians translate as repentance,
but I am using metanoia to designate a one-in-a-lifetime event that
either has happened, or it has not happened, in any particular life.

I know God loves a pun. Or, if there is no god, language has evolved
in such a way as to keep the hidden abject very close to the surface.

Kristeva (1980, 10) defines abjection as that which is both fascinating
and nauseating, 'a pole of appeal and repulsion which literally
places the subject beside himself' threatening language and identity:
'It is the massive, abrupt eruption of something uncanny which
may have been familiar in an obscure, forgotten past but now assails
me as radically repugnant and other. Neither me nor it, nor nothing.

Over many years I have built up a knowledge framework that fits
the very unorthodox experience of this divine, or poetic metanoia.
Thus I can agree as Jesus claimed, the truth is indeed reasonable.
However, such knowledge is wholy unmixable with everyday knowlege.

I believe this alternate unorthodox realm is veritable, is real, for
I have found similars, my poetic fellows, in authors across all ages.
Again as Jesus said, my sheep hear my voice. It might be only that
such poets and prophets recognize and build upon one another's
misperceptions. One explanation for such persistent misprisons could be,
in so far as language is autopoetic (self-organizing), it could develop
pockets of untruth, like an electrical negative resistance or chaotic
eddies. These might be unstable information structures that collapse
when knowledge frames get reorganized, accounting for the metanoia.

Outside of my fellows, society at large is ignorant of all this.
I think that is best explained in the concept of totem and taboo,
although the basis may be divine design, not autopoetic culture.
Because this realm is based on a variant sexuality, it is taboo.
Group thinking processes in herd creatures force all individuals
to reject such ideas, upon pain of expulsion - which would affect
survival. This is ostracism, abjection, scapegoating, xenophobia.
The abject person become the totem, that secret within religions
binding all other individuals by their mutual exclusion of such.
Such a process blinds all normal persons to the hidden god-truth.

I remember also describing this rereading of past authors as an
auto-correlation that recovers a subliminal signal out of noise.

Not found in WOG, but I somewhere once wrote, roughly...
the abject person is normal, that is, orthogonal, to the
world at large, as two vectors with zero cross-product:
They do not bear upon one another. I probably mentioned
this in relation to the name "Flange" in the p archives.

Wow. I'll have to ponder this in my ongoing decoding of
Revelation. I know that the heptad is a regular odgoad
from which one has been excluded. In fact, there would
be an eighth in revelation, but it has been collapsed
upon the fourth (Thyatira), and that fourth contains
the numinous lamb amidst evil mimics, transgressors.
