Two Pynchon features in this Italian magazine.
One is an article on P himself

Another is a rather long review of AtD, called 'Existence in the Baloon'

I will say more on the review tomorrow, but for now here is the translation
of one curious passage from the first article (a very strange choice of
images I should say):
He [Pynchon] visits solely his colleague and coeval Don DeLillo. [...] (how
does the author know?)
He is a man of dumps, his stories are fed by the refuse of the literary
society. He is a vagabond of the great depression who rummages in the
waste. Pynchon collects articles of scientific journals, military bulletins,
ignored correspondence, medical prescriptions, screenplays rejected by
Hollywood, forgotten play scripts, scraps of ancient legends and old
magazine cuttings. And from that is born the charm of Lot 49, GR and M&D.
bollettini militari, corrispondenza inevasa, ricette mediche, sceneggiature
All mistakes in translation are mine.
