AtD Cover Seal?

Here's the thing: the seal is an obvious, deliberate fraud. While the 
text---"Tibetian Commerce Chamber" (aka the Tibetian Chamber 
of Commerce)---is in Tibetian, it's in a Tuvan form which should 
be a tip-off. The Tibetian Chanber of Commerce didn't even
exist until 2005. The image is Tibetian and from the early 1900's.
The snow lion appears before a triple peaked mountain range,
an image found in official Tibetian stamps and coins, not to
mention that country's flag. I'll send you some attachments in
a seperate post.

I remember someone found out that the cover seal was some Tibetan
emblem... has anyony found a quality image of what it's supposed to
be?
