For fuck's sake indeed. He may not consider himself a seer, 
but he can get you in contact with a registered ascended
master or toilet bowl scryer in seconds, any style, any color 
and $10 free body work, to boot. Pynchon spends a lot of time 
"between the worlds" in AtD, and I'm going to have to mark off 
all the times Pynchon inserts that phrase throughout our 
upcoming group read.
