AtDAtD: A Couple/Three Notes

He he. Well I dunno about 'a truly deep inspection of something', but TDA is 
a phrase I've heard used by British policemen (at least in old 
'hard-drinking, chain-smoking, violence-dispensing coppers' TV shows such as 
The Sweeney) to mean 'Touching the Dog's Arse', an alternative expansion of 
the abbreviation to the more official 'Taking and Driving Away', ie stealing 
a car. I'm sure all this would appeal to Pynchon.
