AtDDtA1: The Light over the Ranges

Other definitions for the word "range" that might also be implied in
conjunction with the word "light":

having to stop for more fuel:

5 [C] all the musical notes that a singer can sing or a musical
instrument is able to produce

So this title might refer the the ranges of the light spectrum
(visible, ultraviolet, etc).

This would fit with the alchemy of photographic chemistry explored by
what's-his-name (certain metals reacting to different ranges of
light), as well as the range-separation performed by the Spar.
